Find an expert
A catalogue with search and filters by field, language, price and rating. Each profile shows experience, services, prices and reviews.
Book a time
Choose a service and a free slot in the expert’s calendar.
Pay online
Secure card payment via Stripe. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
Meet and review
A video meeting via the link in your booking, chat with the expert, and a review and rating after the consultation.
For experts
Consult clients online while the platform handles your schedule, payments and reviews.
Sign up
Create an expert account and fill in your profile: speciality, experience, languages, services with prices and duration, certificates.
Pass moderation
Our team reviews every application. Once approved, your profile appears in the catalogue.
Connect payouts
Your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect): client payments go to it, and Stripe pays out to your bank account.
Open your schedule
Publish free slots, accept bookings and hold consultations.
Experts set their own consultation prices. The platform commission is shown to the expert when connecting. See the Terms for Experts.
Prices, payment and refunds
Prices
Each expert sets the price of their consultations; it is shown in the profile and before payment. Currency: euro.
Payment
Card payment via Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe — the platform never receives or stores them.
Cancellation
A booking can be cancelled before the consultation starts. See Refunds and Cancellation.
